Lesson lengths depend on your preference and budget, but generally 20 minutes for students under 12, and 30 minutes for 12 and over. College or masters’ students may require up to 45 minutes, and the frequency of lessons can either be set or variable based on your schedule and goals.

Yes, as a beginner it is best to have access to a drum set. I’ll guide you on what you need as you get started, and you can always use a practice pad to start or when travelling to hone your stick control and articulations.
